We saw too many riders stuck with bikes they couldn't get serviced, or rentals that came with fine print nobody explained. So we built the opposite: straightforward pricing, real local support, and bikes we've personally tested on these streets and hills.

Good to know before you rent or buy.
Yes — the $200 security deposit is fully refundable at the end of your rental, provided the bike is returned on time and in the condition it was rented in.
Rentals run on Weekly (2-week minimum), Monthly (1-month minimum) or 2-Month (2-month minimum) plans. Every rental requires a signed rental agreement and the $200 refundable deposit before the bike leaves the shop.
Yes, every new Vinx e-bike sold through C&S E-Bikes includes manufacturer warranty, which we handle directly in-store — no need to deal with a third party.
We recommend a Basic Tune-Up every 3 months of regular riding, and a Full Service every 6–12 months, or sooner if you notice unusual noise, reduced braking, or a drop in battery range.
Renters are responsible for the bike for the full rental period. Damage, loss or theft is charged against the security deposit first, with any shortfall billed at replacement cost (for example, a battery replacement) as set out in the rental agreement. We recommend reporting any theft to police immediately and to us as soon as possible.
